How I started

Very good origin story, in my opinion.

I actually started editing as an IP around 2019 or so, then I created my old account, JDSMART336 in May 2021. I obviously was a little reckless because, you know, I was a beginner. I got blocked from editing, so I created this account in response in June 2021 under the name "Brainyshark03". However, I retired my old account. You can even go here to check.

In January 2023, I changed my name slightly to "SharpShark3". In October 2023, however, I rebranded to my current name: "Noctawny". This name is a portmanteau of the words "nocturnal" and "tawny" (referring to a tawny owl). Owls are nocturnal and have been a symbol of intelligence. Being smart is one of my most prominent characteristics.

I am a resident of the Central Missouri region. I will not elaborate on which community I live in because that is private information.

I am a huge fan of some of the sports teams in Missouri. I like:

I am a male, so don't call me by other pronouns not related to such. Please use he/him/his, etc.

My favorite shows are Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy!, Chicago Fire, Med and P.D., Law and Order, SVU, and Organized Crime. I also watch game shows like Family Feud, Press Your Luck, Let's Make a Deal, The Price is Right, Generation Gap, etc. And of course I watch American Ninja Warrior, and America's Got Talent. Not to mention Gordon Ramsay shows like Hell's Kitchen, Hotel Hell, Kitchen Nightmares, 24 Hours to Hell and Back, and Master Chef.

My favorite movies are Disney movies. I do like some Universal movies, though.

My favorite video games are Minecraft, Super Mario/Mario Kart, Retro Bowl, Five Nights at Freddy's, Granny, Among Us, and Subway Surfers. What I play typically depends on how I feel that day.

I also like just watching the news (I mean, you have to know what is going on around the world). I also watch news from other TV stations across the United States, just for fun. I also like trying to receive TV and radio stations that are far away.

What I edit on Wikipedia

I am a huge TV and radio geek, so I might spend most of my editing time just updating information on TV and radio stations. I am also a big sports guy, so you might see me edit pages about teams and score from time to time. But I love national anthems and songs, too, so expect me to upload audio of a anthem/song or change lyrics every once in a while, too.

I have created six Wikipedia pages I can think of right now: KRMS-LD, K35OY-D, KKTQ-LD, Draft:VUit, Draft:New Saskatoon Arena, and Draft:Coastal Television. Three (K35OY-D, Draft:VUit, and Draft:New Saskatoon Arena) have since been deleted. I have also uploaded multiple logos of countless TV and radio stations; but some get taken down because, I am still learning the process of copyright. I also have uploaded audio files as well, from the State Anthem of the Soviet Union to the Missouri Tigers fight song.

So, yeah. This is pretty much what I am doing around here when I get a chance to edit on Wikipedia.
