'Planetary Federation of Unions: Goverment of Earth' is a concept of earth government to vanishes the wars between various nations. Today, earth has divided into 195 sovereign countries [1]. Each countries his own constitute and policies. There are regional councils of nations are also present, but these regional councils are not come under the any supreme authority. Moreower, countries are free to join and reign according to their own interest. Sometimes, powerful nation is also used these regional unions for their own interest. Here, we are discussing the possible future of regional unions in the terms of work function, sovereignty, uniform constitute etc. On the basis of Geography, history and political approach, we are assuming 36 different possible units of earth.
The possible union of Earh
The 'responsible earth government' is a concept to bring human under one responsible administrative units to reduce the conflicts. However, several global organisation to directed to the nation for peace, development etc. but nations are following them according to their benefit. In this connection, it is proposed to set up a bicameral parliament. The parliament of earth will be the supreme legislative body of the World. The description about the possible structure of earth governance is given in this section.
Union Council
Union council will be worked instaed to present Security council [2] of the UN. Present Security council is a toy of five countries. In Union councils, the members will be selected in three categories. Each member union shall be sent 4 members through the election by their parliament. 100 seats will be filled by the various departments of Government of Earth. Similarly, 100 seats will be filled by religious groups according to their proportional population. Result, the Union council will contain 344 members.
General Assembly
The General Assembly (GA) is the main deliberative, policymaking and representative organ of the UN[3]. The member of proposed General assembly will be selected through the direct election of federal districts of administrative unions. Total 4 members will be come to GA from each federal district according to the voting share.

Union of America
The federal districts of America will be proposed as, 1- New England:-New England is a geographical region comprising six states of the northeastern United States: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.[a], 2- Virginia:- Comprising Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland and Delaware. 3- Carolina: North and South Carolina with Tennessee, 4- Dakota:- South and North Dakota, Iowa with Minnesota, 5- Texas, 6- Mississippi:- Mississippi area with Alabama and Louisiana, 7- Michigan:- Comprising Michigan and Wisconsin, 8- Montana:- Comprising Montana and Wyoming, 9- Missouri:- Arakans, Missouri regions with Oklahoma 10- Kanas: -Combined area of Kanas, Colorado and Nebraska, 11- Pennsylvania:- Area comprising by Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, 12- Florida:- Florida with Georgia, 13- Indiana:- Comprising area Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois.
Union of Arabia
The federal districts of gulf countries will proposed as, 1- Palestine region:- combined area Israel, Gaza strip, Lebnan, Cyprus, Sinai, Syria and Jordan, 2:- Yeman:- Yeman with Najran province of Saudi, 3:- Oman, 4- Eastern Arabia:- comprising area of Kuwait, UAE, Bahrin, Qatar and Eastern province of Saudi Arabia, 5:- Anwar region:- Northern border and Jawf province of Saudi with western Iraq, 6:- West Arabia:- Madinah, Makkah, Tabuk, Asir and Bahah provinces of Saudi, 7:- Saudi region:- Ha'il, Qasim and Riyadh province of Saudi Arabia.
Union of Arctic
The federal districts will be proposed as, 1:- Alaska 2:- Greenland] with Iceland, 3:- Nunavut, and 4- Yukon with Northwest Territories.
Union of Argentina
Federal districts are, 1:- Patagonia, 2:- Chile, 3:- Pumpas, 4:- Cuyo, 5:- Chaco region and 6:- Paraguay.
Union of Australia
The federal districts will be proposed as, 1:- Western Australia, 2:- Queensland, 3:- Northern Territory, 4:- South Australia, 5:- New South Welsh and 6:- Victoria with Tasmania.
Union of Brazil
Federal districts will proposed as, 1:- Mato Grosso 2:- Pará, 3- Maranhão with Piauí, 4:- Goiás: - Goiás with Federal district and Tocantins, 5:- Uruguay with Rio Grande do Sul state of Brazil, 6:- Bahia with Sergipe, 7:- Minas Gerais with Espírito Santo, 8:- São Paulo:- São Paulo (state) with Rio de Janeiro, 9:- Paraná with Santa Catarina and 10:- Ceará:- Ceará State with Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco and Alagoas.
