User cmuusers is Christianne Muusers (1959), a Dutch food historian. She studied Dutch language and literature at the Utrecht University, specializing in (late) medieval texts. Since 2002 she maintains a website with both historical and modern recipes, Coquinaria (English edition).

Her latest publication, a cooperation with Marleen Willebrands and with a contribution by Alexandra van Dongen, is Het excellente kookboek van doctor Carolus Battus uit 1593 (The Excellent Cookbook from Doctor Carolus Battus, 1593), Sterck & De Vreese, 2020, which won the Gerrit Komrij-award 2020 (link to Dutch wikipedia).
