Daniel Tweeti is the last president of the Unit Circle and the first leader of Anglantic. A bird enthusiast, Daniel Tweeti loves to talks to his parrots on national matters. These blue tropical parrots would then forward his very important speech to the Circular People.

Daniel's parrots are not selective at all when passing his speech around. They are known for passing everything, including sleep-talking, lyrics, and angry curses, to the public. On a certain day in 2024, an angry Daniel murmured "nuke these people" after seeing a record wave of protesters on Dog News. The parrots soon spread the command for their own nests' destruction to the missiles, and the next thing we know is a "climate change no longer a problem" announcement from EPA.

Daniel maintained good relationships with Milan Stojanov, the cat-riding leader of Eurasian Federation. Daniel always hoped to be as powerful as Stojanov.

Milan Stojanov

Milan Stojanov is the cat-riding leader of Eurasian Federation. He is known for being a strong leader on TV. Stojanov is pretty good at controlling everything in his country. He knows how to make everyone happy by appearing in concerts. He knows to use his martial arts abilities in public. He knows to crack down dissidents quickly and quietly.

Stojanov learnt most of his skills from his years at KFC, a "chicken" agency that listens on all communications done via birds.
