Simple History Merge (SHM) is a Windows application developed for the English language Wikipedia that simplifies the process of merging the page history of one article into another.

Usage

Input the name (case-sensitive) of the article from which you wish to merge histories in the input box labeled "Source." Then, input the name of the article into which you wish to merge the history of the source article in the input box labeled "Target." Click "Merge Histories." It will proceed to delete the target page, move the source page, restore the target page, and revert the target page to the previous version prior to the history merge (as detailed at WP:CPMV).

NOTE: This tool currently can only handle SIMPLE history merges. Anything requiring selective undeletion or article-history splicing must still be done by hand.
