Hey people, with the current inclusion of C class and B class criteria, the template should NOT automatically downgrade non-checked articles to C class. That is plain ridiculous as that does not say anything about the article, but all about the laziness of the project. Each and any project at B should be manually checked against B level criteria before being downgraded. Automatic work is just not good enough for something this subtle.
