What do you think about the template? Remember 14:09, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • The template has a great structure and content, but the use of external links in templates is usually not seen as the best wikipedia practice as I understand. All those links should be wikipeida articles ideally. I'd keep the template as is for now, though, to let people know what needs to be created and to get more help for this large endeavor. Good luck! Lots of articles ahead! -Bluedog423Talk 05:26, 28 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Redlinks are definitely better than external links in templates. You really ought to remove all of the hyperlinks. - crz crztalk 04:05, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Student Organizations

I'm not sure why some of these groups (Achordants, Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship, UNC Undergraduate ACLU) are on the list, since the UNC chapter doesn't seem to have any particular historical significance or major impact on the campus culture. They're just not in the same league as groups like the DTH, BSM, Di-Phi, Order of the Gimghoul, or WXYC... and I say that as the president of the UNC Undergraduate ACLU.

I'm going to remove them. If someone has a good reason for putting them back, feel free. CarolinianJeff 22:23, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
