Navbox

There are a few issues with this template:

  1. The code is unstructured, messy.
  2. Poor discoverability.
  3. Not immediately editable.

I would like to address these by turning this template into a Navbox. Here is a quick comparison:

  • Old template:
  • New template:

User:Bendono/Templates/Template:Tōkyō

I tried to maintain the general look and contents of the original. The code is much more maintainable (#1). As well, there are now View / Discuss / Edit features (#2, 3) (currently do not work because it is in the User namespace). There is also a Hide / Show feature, which can be preset if desired. Any comments? Bendono 00:54, 3 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There was no response for over a month, so I went ahead with the changes as described above. With this change, you will no longer be able to compare the new and old. Also, I will delete my temporary test version as it is no longer needed. Check the history if you need the older version. Bendono 03:27, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
