I notice that National Marine Parks are described as Marine Conservation Areas in this template. Is there actually a distinction between the two? Given that Stephen Harper is supposed to announce "Canada's first national marine conservation area", I suspect there is. --Padraic 12:56, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
