Clean-up

U.S. Minor Leagues section needs clean-up, most of these leagues are defunct or amateur. Jntg4Games (talk) 00:26, 26 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Same thing still true in 2015 as it was in 2011. Semi-pro leagues playing in high school gyms are not what this template is about. Removing all of them except the NBA D-League, as it's the only one can confirm its anything other than pay-to-play. oknazevad (talk) 04:08, 16 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I will agree. Other than NBA and D-League, the other US leagues are pretty much amateur (might get paid in pocket change, but not much else). Anybody looking for info on actual professional leagues would have no interest in any of the other leagues anyways. I also put NBA separate from US and Canada simply because I believe NBA is more well known as its name instead of US top league. LionMans Account (talk) 18:02, 15 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

FIBA Affiiliated Leagues?

How are the leagues organized? I noticed that the NBLC is shown as the link for Canada and the CEBL is shown as another league. Does this template reflect FIBA's affiliations? If so, the CEBL is the official Canadian league affiliated with FIBA and should be the one under Canada and the NBLC should be shown as the other league.
