Bengali
Is it indeed true that Bengali is an honorary language of Sierra Leone? I have seen varying reports on this on the Internet, but I have not found any official verification. Certainly, Bengali is not spoken much in the country, and so to be an honorary language, I would expect it would require official government recognition in the form of a bill declaring this status. No such bill seems to exist. I suggest we move this language from the template pending verification. 2604:2000:1304:418B:38D7:28B:B6E7:7B6B (talk) 03:17, 2 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
There are numerous sources so it deserves to be recognised.UserNumber (talk) 19:22, 31 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
