Deleted non-regionally acredited business and career "colleges". No other state's template lists these and this gives the false impressions that such places are equilivant to legitimate acredited colleges.

Would it be better to organize the Public University section into three categories?

• West Virginia University System
• Four-Year Colleges (non-WVU System; Marshall, other four-year state schools)
• West Virginia Community and Technical College System
