Should this template even exist?

As per the original article, Stalin's ten blows is a defunct propaganda term referring to a particular 1944 speech, and not treated seriously by any modern historiography. It does not seem to deserve the precedence this template seems to give it. Like, it's not as if Stalin had a particular role in those ten offensives, nor does it imply other offensives are less of a blow, or less Stalin-y. Fangz (talk) 15:52, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've decided to be bold and remove it from the articles, as per the original guidance on what campaign boxes are for - military campaigns, which this really isn't. It's more just a miscellaneous subset of 1944 offensives on the Eastern Front that the soviets won (see also the confusion over whether there's supposed to be 10 or 12 victories). Perhaps it can be made into a category. Fangz (talk) 16:21, 8 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
