Joint ventures?

Are these really joint ventures:

  • Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (ex-FSM)
  • Opel Manufacturing Poland
  • MAN Bus/MAN Trucks (ex-Star)
  • Scania Production Słupsk (ex-Scania-Kapena)
  • Volkswagen Poznań (ex-FSR)
  • Volvo Buses Polska

I would think they are 100% subsidiaries of their mother companies. --L.Willms (talk) 16:03, 18 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Arrinera –> Garin Spółka Akcyjna

Arrinera changed to be Garin Spółka Akcyjna, whose financial future is still uncertain: https://www.bankier.pl/wiadomosc/ARRINERA-Raport-kwartalny-za-IV-kwartal-2022-r-8489304.html. Not sure if that means that Arrinera is defunct or just operating under a different name now. Even then it appears that Garin is in financial difficulties. invenio tc 03:15, 24 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
