I've just updated the template's URL structure, as Al Jazera now have their "topic" pages at URLs like http://www.aljazeera.com/topics/categories/human_rights.html

However, they don't seem to have topic IDs for people any more, not even Barack Obama - for example, [1], which is about his legacy, has no tag for his name. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 10:06, 31 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The IDs have been changed, again it seems. @Pigsonthewing: the template should probably be changed on here. Based on my analysis, only 6 of the 53 uses of this template on Wikipedia still redirect to a valid topic. I've added them to Wikidata. Maybe this would be a good time to rewrite the template to use Wikidata? Or is that not wanted/possible on Wikipedia at this time? --Azertus (talk) 15:13, 27 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
