  • Comment: Not related to this specific nomination: I know I have sent a lot of articles in because of the GA drive—I have had 26 GAs passed in 27 days, most of which have been eligible and nominated here, plus two timely DYK nominations this month (a new article on a newsworthy topic and an AfD rescue expansion). As someone who at times is extremely productive and who has been cognizant in the past of times when I have had many nominations here, I appreciate your patience and understanding about the volume of my DYKs in this unique circumstance. While I have two GA nominations on the books right now (since I have a massive backlog myself of 125+ pages to nominate), I anticipate that with the backlog drive ending soon and my decision to hold off on having a lot of GAs on the books (I came into August with 20 pages nominated or co-nominated), the pace of new GA approvals of mine should be much slower. I also will not be doing any other pages for DYK until the number of my nominations pending publication is lower.

• New enough (submitted within 1 day of achieving GA status); more than long enough (22,319 characters of prose); well sourced with citations throughout; neutral in tone; spot check suggests copvio highly unlikely. QPQ is done. Hooks are backed up by citations. Personally I find ALT1, which cites an article in TIME magazine, a lot more interesting. Cielquiparle (talk) 20:02, 28 August 2023 (UTC)
