Given its claims it certainly has DYK potential. That said, don't really know how we ccould expand the article until its finished (other than construction updates). Leventio (talk) 22:12, 15 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the other comments. This article certainly has DYK potential, but it needs a few minor improvements. The references need to be properly formatted (perhaps using one of the cite templates) instead of using bare URLs. For DYK, nominate it within seven days of its creation, ensure each paragraph has at least one citation (I prefer one citation per sentence, but that's not a DYK requirement), and ensure that the sentence containing the 'hook' fact has a citation. I see a number of news articles about this (most of them based off the park's press release), perhaps there are some city of Vaughan documents (eg - permits) available online (I haven't found any in a brief search of the city's website) that can be added as refs.
