I propose to merge 31 Days of Oscar into Turner Classic Movies. I think that the content in the article about 31 Days of Oscar can easily be explained in the context of Turner Classic Movies, and this article is of a reasonable size that the merging of the network's 31 Days of Oscar event will not cause any problems as far as the size of this article is concerned.
