I have tried to contact Saito to ask her for permission to use these images; if anyone knows how to contact her, please let me know. Obviously, if she doesn't want to give permission I'll remove them instantly.Franciselliott (talk) 11:13, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Expansion
If anyone knows Saito's birth day, or her full name, or her name in Japanese characters, or even her current nationality, that would be great.Franciselliott (talk) 08:58, 18 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think we're supposed to put birth dates (only years) of living individuals. I've added her name in Japanese, I'm not sure about her current nationality. I've added further details on her biography, exhibition history, major collections, and an expanded description of Spice Chess with a list of some of her other chess sets. However, this still needs more information on her later works (especially her concept of "communicative art"), performances, and artistic development.Video Researcher Nina (talk) 16:27, 31 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've expanded the introductory section to better represent Saito's position and role in contemporary art, and fixed the flagged external link problem in the collection section of the articleVideo Researcher Nina (talk) 02:34, 21 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
