Is it non-NPOV to say that the services are of "high quality"? dave 06:23, 2 Sep 2003 (UTC)
The name of Portland Street
Your article said :
The street was named after William Cavendish-Bentinck, 3rd Duke of Portland, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom in 1783 and between 1807 and 1809.
Can anyone make sure that and the history & reasons --TEMFR 04:55, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
It's probably correct although nobody knows why. Many of Hong Kong's streets are named for famous British people without rhyme or reason. I've mentioned this during today's edit. --UCLARodent 08:58, 29 May 2006 (UTC)
