Since this article presents only the offical explanation-for-idiots as to why hundreds of houses have been demolished, it is factually incorrect and propagandistic. Therefore the notice stays. Zero

The lead currently states "Under the Oslo Accords, the portion in the Gaza Strip remained under direct Israeli military control". Why is this relevent for the lead? It creates the impression that Israel still controls the corridor. Or, if it is relevant, we should also note IN THE LEAD that control was handed over to Egypt in 2005. --Omrim (talk) 19:31, 13 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This article has provided an incorrect description of the establishment of the corridor since this edit in 2010 by User:Chesdovi. The corridor, and the name Philadelphi Route, did not exist until 2004. The source Treaty-Making Power: Approval the Israel-Egypt Philadelphia Accord by the Knesset was being cited incorrectly.

There is no source to say that "none of the promises were kept", just a link to the accord itself, so either remove or give source (and maybe reason that may explain the "promise not kept"? I'm sure there's one)

From doc ref 10: "The target date for opening, 25 November 2005, was met and the crossing opened on all but one day until the 25 June 2006. Numerous sources state that the Philadelphia Corridor is 14km long, this isn't true, measuring on google maps it's 12.7km.
