I will be reviewing this article, and will have comments soon. I'd also appreciate if someone would pickup one of my highway GA nominations. Bneu2013 (talk) 02:51, 17 January 2023 (UTC)
- I was waiting for some more to appear prior to New Years, didn't see yours there (since they're oddly not in chronological order), I will take a look tonight and take on one. - Floydian τ ¢ 16:09, 17 January 2023 (UTC)
- @Floydian: - I've posted my first comments. Bneu2013 (talk) 06:48, 22 January 2023 (UTC)
General comments
I've looked the article over, and overall it looks great and I don't see many issues. I have been extremely busy this week and haven't been very active, but I should have section-by-section comments by Saturday, if not sooner. Bneu2013 (talk) 00:07, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
- No worries, I'm the same level of busy myself this week actually. Take your time! - Floydian τ ¢ 01:12, 20 January 2023 (UTC)
- Passes the Earwig check
- Images are fine.
- Inconsistent use of Oxford commas throughout.

Route description
- Is 2016 the most recent AADT data available?
- For some reason, yeah. Pain in the ass for newer sections of highways.
- Consider describing what type of interchange it begins at.
- I've always been opposed to naming interchange configuarations, it requires original research (even though anyone who knows interchange types knows its a diamond)
- Consider a brief description of the present-day use of Cataraqui Trail.
- Done, linked to Shared-use path
- This certainly isn't necessary, but a small description of the highway's northern terminus wouldn't hurt.
- I added that its an intersection. Not really much I can add to that, it's a generic urban-rural fringe intersection.
History
On October 13, 1920, several dirt roads through the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and Lanark County...
- clarify that the route that became Highway 15 was one of these highways.- Done.
Initially unnumbered, the route was designated as Highway 15 during the summer of 1925.
- did the highway happen to have a common name before its numbering?- For most of the highways in Ontario prior to 1925, this was the case. Highway 15 is one of the exceptions.
The northern segment of Highway 15 – approaching and within Ottawa – changed throughout the years
- during approximately what timeframe?- It's throughout its existence. The paragraph after that hopefully addresses the when, as well as the "and varies between maps" bit indicating that it was a somewhat fuzzy topic. Any thoughts on how to better word it?
Major intersections
- I've never seen negative distances used before for former routings, but is this a common practice?
- I use it quite often because about 25% of the highways in Ontario were downgraded in 1997/98, and aside from the shape of the signage, they are still referred to as "Highway X"
