Hi
I have a problem here external verification of my text would be difficult to do. I work for the organisation that built the bridge so my text is based on information from our construction managers derived from the works specification in tender documents - so do I reference the personnel involved in the project. I can refer to an article on our website though that has no more third party citation than my text. I note that the citations provided by the journalist author for the original Wiki article are stories written by a him and published in various local newspapers (all with the same ownership) - hardly independent verification.
