Hi. I'm writing an article on truce terms and would like to know what Nigerian children use. Truce terms are words used by children, usually under the age of about 11, to call a temporary halt or respite to the game to do something like tie a shoelace or discuss the rules or take off a jacket. A 2006 BBC poll found that a whopping 88% of Nigerians have "a lot of" or "some" trust in the media, while only 34% have trust the government. This is definitely worth a mention in the article! --Tom Edwards (talk) 11:18, 13 July 2009 (UTC)

I am currently working on the Hugh Trenchard, 1st Viscount Trenchard article. In the main biography on Trenchard (by Boyle), page 80 describes Trennchard's journey to the upper Cross River to a place called Aparabong. I cannot work out where this is and I wonder whether it is now known by another name. I suspect that it is near the border with Cameroon and may just possibly be across the border. Can anyone help? Recommendation for all those editors and random mortals who view this comment: "...and the most populous country in the world in which the majority of the population is black," is a VERY racist comment towards Africans or dark-skinned people.
