@Búfalo Barreto: do you have source that the vacancy is effective on 10 November? For Kuczynski, he resigned on 21 March and the vacancy declared on 23 March. For Vizcarra, the vacancy occured on 9 November.--Panam2014 (talk) 14:58, 19 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
