"Rulers" here is a list of apples and oranges (well, individuals vs. governing bodies). Would anyone mind if I changed this from "high" importance to "top" or "mid" importance WikiProject Japan? Prburley (talk) 11:27, 31 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
