I'm removing the words "so-called" from the section about Trent's escape attempt. The only reason to use those words is if you want to cast doubt on the veracity of a claim. They qualify as a form of scare quote. And as far as I know, nobody doubts that the "Great Escape" was an actual historical event (albeit the *movie* embellished or got got things wrong).
