Too much content seems to have been removed in the attempt to avoid violating WP:OR. The village is most notable for being a Karen settlement with unique religious practices. That should be mentioned at the very least. Even if English-language sources are lacking, there're still plenty of Thai sources providing an overview of the subject.[1][2][3] --Paul_012 (talk) 16:50, 12 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I found a promising English-language academic source which could be used to support the article. What I'd do is read through the chapter (and others covering the Talaku in general—try searching for "Talaku" or "Telakhon") and re-work the original draft to incorporate the information that is supported by the sources into the article. --Paul_012 (talk) 07:05, 16 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I do have Buadueng, Kwanchewan as one of my possible source references but not this work. I have 'Negotiating religious practices in a changing Sgaw Karen community in north Thailand: unpublished-PhD thesis, University of Sidney. Since I didn't have the text I couldn't read it so dismissed it especially since it was listed as: 'unpublished', now however you gave me a direct link so I can check it out.Palukiwa (talk) 15:53, 16 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I've printed the article by Buadueng, read it and find it very informative and interesting. Much of it is already known to me, however, in its detail much comes as a welcome visit.Palukiwa (talk) 12:21, 19 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
