Different units of measurement make it difficult to make sense of the data. For example: consider this text:

The largest desalination plant in South Asia is the Minjur Desalination Plant near Chennai in India, which produces 36.5 million cubic meters of water per year. A second plant at Nemmeli, Chennai has a full capacity of 100 million litres of sea-water per day since 2013.

Should we change all the units to a common one? What should it be?
