The text of the article states that Builsa is a town. However, the reference to joshuaproject.net (http://www.joshuaproject.net/people-profile.php?peo3=11005) indicates that it's a "people group". It is also used on the German wikipedia to identify an ethnic group ( https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Builsa_(Volk) ).
