This article lacks coverage in independent reliable sources.

Wikipedia:Notability_(fiction)#What_Wikipedia_is_not states, "Articles on fiction elements are expected to cover more about "real-world" aspects of the element, such as its development and reception, than "in-universe" details." Currently, this article's content falls into two categories:

• In-universe material (see above)
• Fan observations and opinions:

• "Bob you rule." (Really?)
• "convincing and easily identifiable"
• "his animation evolved over time to make him first more tomato-like, and later more cartoony."
• "very elastic...distorting himself significantly...toned down greatly...more fruit-like consistency...became smaller with proportion to his face and more round, his skin became less shiny and more brightly red, eventually developing a smooth glow, which was more stylistic and probably more kid-friendly."
• "With improving technology...skin became gradually less angular, and the polygons that made his shell essentially disappeared."

I'll take a first run at cleaning this up. As it stands, the various observations ("toned down", "more cartoony", "significantly", etc.) simply have to go, unless there are independent reliable sources making these statements. The user who recently recreated this has been banned as a sock (Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Smile Lee). Per WP:BANREVERT, I would support reverting this to a redirect. If an editor wants to create an article about this character, they should find reliable, secondary sources first, and it seems like starting from scratch would be the best approach.
