It seems to me that the original name -Blind People's Association (India)- is more appropriate. This is not a global organisation. Surely there will be other organisations with the same name in other countries? --Greenmaven (talk) 00:20, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There might be but in general we do not add a disambiguator (like (India)) until there are two or more articles on Wikipedia about the subject. If you think there could be confusion over the name you could create pages for other notable organizations, then moving it back would be sensible. Tassedethe (talk) 00:51, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
