Naming the article
It seems to me that the original name -Blind People's Association (India)- is more appropriate. This is not a global organisation. Surely there will be other organisations with the same name in other countries? --Greenmaven (talk) 00:20, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
There might be but in general we do not add a disambiguator (like (India)) until there are two or more articles on Wikipedia about the subject.
