Could someone please confirm this accident really ocurred. It has no citations and, although I have searched a lot (in the internet and some books), I haven't found anything that mentions it.

BTW I tried to correct (not being logged, sorry) most of the mistakes (names of the cities and the country) but I really believe it should be considered for deletion.
