I have written what I know today, but there are quite a few details missing, including:

  • Dates of birth and death
  • Dates and details of his lectures at UCLA
  • Dates of employment at IBM and HP
  • Dates when he served as a CMG director
  • Dates and details of the "two international conferences" quoted in his book bio
  • Details of his internal IBM manual and class on probability and statistics
  • Details of nomination for CMG's Michaelson award
