There is some confusion as to where Arden cars were made. Most sources give the location as Balsall Heath, Coventry but there does not seem to be a Balsall Heath in Coventry. The main, or only, one is just south of Birmingham city centre. It is quite possible that all the sources are quoting from a common mistake and I repeated the error in adding Balsall Heath to this entry.

There are several possibilities-

• The car was made in Balsall Heath, Birmingham.
• It was made in Coventry at an uncertain location.
• It was made in Balsall Common which is now in Solihull but is nearer Coventry than it is to Birmingham.
• It was made somewhere completely diferent!!

I have done some more research and found a bit more about Arden cars but am no wiser as to where they were made.Malcolma 09:36, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
