American Motorcyclist

American Motorcyclist is a U.S. magazine published by the American Motorcyclist Association, in Pickerington, Ohio.

The magazine covers topics and issues of interest and importance to association members and the motorcycling community in general.

Content Each monthly issue contains articles on a variety of riding styles, including touring, trail riding, motocross, enduro riding, road racing, cruising, adventure riding and dirt track racing.

The AMA also uses American Motorcyclist to inform its hundreds of thousands of members about federal, state and local laws and regulatory actions that affect the rights of motorcyclists and all-terrain-vehicle riders.

Other sections of the magazine include member profiles, product reviews, highlights from the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, an events calendar and guest columns.

Circulation Since April 2013, American Motorcyclist has been available to AMA members in two editions – one targeting street riders, the other targeting competition and off-road riders. AMA members can choose to receive one version through the mail and can access both editions online through the AMA website. Members also may pay an extra fee and receive both issues through the mail.

Back issues of American Motorcyclist are available free to members in PDF format.
