I'm not sure I understand the decision of which races to count as part of the race history. Leaving aside the questionable inclusion of short, low level sprint races (in 1983/4/5), I'm quite confused by the sudden change from European Le Mans Series to Blancpain Endurance Series, just because the Blancpain race was lengthened, although nothing changed with the ELMS race.

Since the renaming of the old Le Mans Series in 2012, a race has been run at Paul Ricard every year, of varying length:

• 2012: 6 hours
• 2013: 3 hours
• 2014-19: 4 hours

Starting with the 2012 Blancpain Endurance Series, there has been a race at Paul Ricard every year every year also:

• 2012-14: 3 hours
• 2015-19: 1000km

I suggest we should include both the ELMS races and the Blancpain races in separate tables, with the Blancpain races being the ones in a separate table since all other periods the race is referring to a sportscar (by which I mean including prototypes) rather than a GT race, unless there are reliable sources which suggest the particular continuity given in the article. If a GT table is included, it might be worth including the 4 hour races held each year of the BPR Global GT Series, and potentially the races held as part of the 2009 FIA GT Championship and 2010 FIA GT1 World Championship. A7V2 (talk) 01:47, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Update: I've removed the 1983/4/5 races, and split the table into sports car races and GT races. I haven't included the 2009 and 2010 GT races, however probably someone could add them if they want (I suppose there would have to be two winners in 2010 in that case).
