Contradictory figures
Unsurprisingly(!) there are several issues with the figures in this article:
The 150 seats for election (from the removed results table) is contradicted by the prose which states "298 seats are to be renewed in the Council of Five Hundred and 139 in the Council of Ancients"
The total number of seats for both councils (807) seems too high as the Council of Five Hundred had 500 members and the Council of Ancients 250
It would also be useful to get a split of the seat allocations between the two councils if one can be sourced? Cheers, Number57 22:05, 23 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
