Sangan Rural District (Persian: دهستان سنگان)^[3] is in the Central District of Khash County, Sistan and Baluchestan province, Iran.^[4] Its capital is the village of Sangan.^[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,248 in 1,660 households.^[6] There were 6,187 inhabitants in 1,416 households at the following census of 2011.^[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,411 in 1,854 households. The largest of its 59 villages was Shahrak-e Durudi, with 528 people.^[2]
