Sang Tarashan (Persian: سنگتراشان), also Romanized as Sang Tarāshān; also known as Nowzhīyān and Nūzhīān,^[3] is a village in Keshvar Rural District of Papi District, Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 241 in 52 households.^[4] The following census in 2011 counted 189 people in 40 households.^[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 169 people in 47 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
