Nayeh (Persian: نايه), also Romanized as Nāyeh; also known as Nāḩīyeh,[3] is a village in Dastjerd Rural District of Khalajestan District, Qom County, Qom province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 499 in 166 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 444 people in 156 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 394 people in 161 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
