This is a list of unincorporated communities in the Commonwealth of Virginia that are not incorporated as independent cities or towns as of 2005^[update]. Bolded places are census-designated places; there are 362 of them as of the 2010 United States Census.^[1]

^ Arlington is the name of the county and the CDP; the CDP is coterminous with Arlington County.
