Koregah-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان كرگاه غربي), formerly Koregah Rural District (دهستان كرگاه),^[3] is in the Central District of Khorramabad County, Lorestan province, Iran.^[4] Its capital is the village of Badrabad-e Sofla.^[5]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 45,409 in 9,297 households.^[6] There were 50,971 inhabitants in 12,540 households at the following census of 2011.^[7] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 42,884 in 11,438 households. The most populous of its 60 villages was Deh-e Mohsen, with 5,216 people.^[2]
