Jan Rattia

Jan Rattia (born 1974)[1] is a Caracas-born New York City–based photographer who makes black-and-white figurative work.[2][3][4]

Early life and education

Rattia began taking photographs as a teenager while living in Venezuela.

He graduated from North Greenville University, Greenville, SC with a B.A. in International business in 1999, the International Center of Photography, New York, NY in 2021, and Pratt Institute with a Master of Fine Arts in Photography in 2021.[5]

Exhibitions

He has shown at the International Center of Photography, New York, NY, CLAMP, New York, NY, Bridgette Mayer Gallery, Philadelphia, PA, the Houston Center for Photography, Houston, TX, and Art Miami.[5][6][7]

Fellowships
