English: Coast Guard Lt. Cmdr. John Kaser, supervisor of the prevention division of Marine Safety Detachment Sturgeon Bay, Wis., and Petty Officer 2nd Class Dave Jones, a damage controlman at the MSD, swim around buoy one with their boat after capsizing while Petty Officer 1st Class Tyler Kline, a storekeeper, and Petty Officer 2nd Class James Heck, a mechanical engineer, both stationed at Coast Guard Station Sturgeon Bay Canal, in Sturgeon Bay, paddle their boat to the buoy during the 23rd Annual Classic and Wooden Boat Festival at Door County Maritime Museum in Sturgeon Bay, Wis., Aug. 4, 2013. The teams were given three sheets of plywood, several boards and eight tubes of caulk to build their vessels and propulsion instruments.
