Summary

New logo for WikiProject North East Emgland, the Project has begun a name change from WikiProject Tyne and Wear to WikiProject North East England and many areas need to be changed. This is a different picture to the original logo for the Project but has been modified. The original picture is . Although I did not take this picture, I did make minor changes to it.
