Summary
The 'Uptop' depot on Old La Veta Pass, in Colorado, was built by the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad Company in 1877. At the time it was built it boasted the highest elevation for a narrow gauge railroad passage. The building now serves as a railway museum. Copyright 2006,2007 Charles M. Sauer
