Summary
DescriptionThomas James Wise.jpg
English: Thomas James Wise (7th October 1859 — 13 May 1937) was a bibliophile who collected the Ashley Library, now housed by the British Library, and later became known for the literary forgeries and stolen documents that were resold or authenticated by him. Wise died in 1937 aged 77, from his apparent age in this photo it must have been taken before 1920.
This work is in the public domain in its country of origin and other countries and areas where the copyright term is the author's life plus 70 years or fewer.
You must also include a United States public domain tag to indicate why this work is in the public domain in the United States. This image may not be in the public domain in these countries, which moreover do not implement the rule of the shorter term.
