Dk. / Dit Tafereel verbeeldt een gedeelte van het IJ, aan de Mosſelſteiger te Amsterdam, vol Schepen en figuren, onder welke laatstgenoemde, // op den voorgrond, de afbeelding van die beroemde Zeeſchilder, geheel in ’t zwart gekleed, vertoond wordt. Alles zeer verſtandig, ſchoon en kunſtig behandeld.’)
