English: The Burns bust. Situated opposite the Burgh Chambers on Lawers Brae, this bust of Robert Burns was sculpted by F.W. Doyle-Jones in 1912. A wreath is placed over the bust every year the morning after the Burns supper by the president of the Galashiels Burns Club. The club celebrated its centenary this year (2008). For a full view of the statue, see 783852.
